You’re trying your best, but life didn’t use to be this hard. Things aren’t going right. You notice it’s harder to be happy, to feel connected, or even to get out of bed in the morning. It feels like you’re failing...like you aren’t good enough.
You’re tired of pretending to be okay. On the inside, you feel so sad, worried, and angry. You’ve pushed things down and ignored it, but you wonder how much longer you can do that. You’re used to fixing your problems on your own, but this time you can’t figure it out. You’re stuck. You want help.
You’re not alone.
Whole Self Counseling GR can help. We offer a safe place to process all the things you’ve been holding in. The sadness, grief, worry, disappointment, loneliness, shame, and anger, we can work through it. We’ll work together to find the best tools for you to get unstuck. To get you back to living the life you want. To help you discover your authentic, whole self.
Concerns we can help with:
Anxiety | Depression | Perfectionism and Shame | Work/School/Ministry Burnout | Life Transitions | Distressing Life Events/Trauma | Faith & Doubt | OCD

We only know what we know. There’s so much about life that we’re never taught, or the ways we were taught were unhelpful or harmful. I believe that every person has the ability to change, grow, and heal. We sometimes just need a little help. That’s where I can be of service. My hope is that clients feel safe, accepted, and understood when they meet with me. I honor and acknowledge the inherent dignity and worth of all people. I value the chance to work with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, identities, and beliefs.
My desire as a counselor is to come alongside people and offer new tools to help navigate this life and to bring people more into their authentic, whole self.

I believe that healing happens in relationship—and that being truly seen can be more powerful than being “fixed.” My work as a therapist is shaped by a deep respect for the wisdom of the nervous system, the value of present-moment awareness, and a commitment to helping you gently notice, process, and integrate disrupted beliefs, patterns, and experiences that are no longer serving you.
I’m drawn to working with people who are ready to engage and longing for more ease or alignment in their lives. Many have tried therapy before and found it helpful, but incomplete—more about managing than truly transforming. In our work together, we slow down. We pay attention to what is happening right now, gently noticing thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, and allowing space for something new to emerge.
I experience therapy as a collaborative and human process. I’m not here with a script or a set of answers, but with presence, steadiness, and care. I believe that when experiences are deeply attended to, clarity naturally unfolds. Healing deepens when we connect with something larger than ourselves—an interconnectedness, higher power, or universal presence—a felt sense of guiding, comforting, and support towards our growth.
Outside the therapy room, I value presence, creativity, connection, and play. These values shape how I show up in my work, family, friendships and community—with warmth, openness, and trust in the process of growth. It’s important to me that therapy feels like a place where you can bring your full self and move at a pace that honors your capacity and readiness. Together, we can navigate the complexities of life circumstances, fostering growth and transformation, and an increased sense of fulfillment.
